Seems like this package was merged into Effect-TS/effect in Effect-TS/effect#2104

For new users trying to figure out the Effect ecosystem it would be helpeful with a note at the top of the README about this, perhaps something like this?

This repository was merged into the Effect-TS/effect repository in April 2024 (PR #2104), the main sql package is now located at https://github.com/Effect-TS/effect/tree/main/packages/sql.
