In my experience, I renamed the jar file so I got the same problem with yours. What I did to solve it was trying to generate another jar file without changing its name. and boom! it got back to normal.
It automatically runs after rebooting.

Try turning off your antivirus and try again.. make sure you should first meet the required number of characters to successfully send it. Double-check if your password is correct try to generate another app. don't rename the filename too.

1. Make sure that you use GMAIL account
2. Check spam
3. Turn off Antivirus/Windows Defender
4. Note that email will be received after a certain number of characters were typed
