Is Your Feature Request Related to a Problem?

It's sometimes handy to know who is reporting what.

Feature Description

Currently, only the report itself and a reason is shown in the reports page.
This new "feature" would add the reporter's name between the content that is reported and the reason as additional information that can be helpful in some cases.
