Need documentation to run the examples #239

I checked out the git repository using the git clone command and then ran cargo build command successfully. However I don't think the build command built the examples. It would be useful to have some documentation on how to build and run the examples in this project.

This is sort of a general Rust knowledge, nothing specific about three-rs.
