The scroll direction reversal does not seem to work on MacOS 15.1.1 (24B91).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install MacOS 15.1.1 (24B91).
  2. Install UnnaturalScrollWheels.app
  3. Allow accessibility permissions
  4. Turn on inverted scrolling in settings

Expected behaviour:
Scrolling direction is inverted

Actual behaviour:
Scrolling direction not inverted

I've encountered the same issue as well. I'm wondering if you've been able to resolve it. If so, could you please share how you managed to fix it?

I managed to fix this on 15.1.1, by doing the following steps (see #67 for more info)

  1. Quit unnatural scroll wheels.
  2. Remove it from the assistive programs list using the [-] button, in System Settings > Privacy & sec > Accessibility
  3. Add it back in with the [+] button
  4. Restart unnatural scroll wheels
