Error and warning messages are inserted into the RDF output #4

In some cases csv2rdf will insert warning or error messages into the output which renders it invalid RDF:

e.g.

inconsistent_values. Column: 6

inconsistent_values. Column: 11

I think these should be logged to stderr, so that they don't pollute the RDF data.
