Issue: Occasionally .dff model files are not available for the game to access.
Version: 0.3.7
Game: Vice City
Use Case: Mods that add models and textures, but do not replace. (Issue specifically started with Updated SCM, IGavery.dff was not being loaded causing the Four Iron mission to stall on load)
Steps to reproduce:
Set name of dff file to something not originally in gta3.img
Launch game and check if model is loaded
Occasionally, even replacement dffs won't properly be imported, but original names seem to have the highest likely hood of failing.
My Test Setup
Copy random dff and txd from original gta3.img (IGmike.dff/txd)
Copy random dff and txd from mod files (IGavery.dff/txd)
Create duplicates of both
Rename one copy of igmike to doomguy_bfg
Rename IGavery to halo_plasma_rifle and katana
Reason for rename scheme: test if foreign files can be added/replaced, and test if native files will be added/replaced.
