change dimension unit type on physical object dimension to a list of physical and not temporal units

The type list was setup wrong in the model when we made it. Now it can't be changed cause data in there. So if we want to fix must find any instance that has data in that field and delete the data then backup data, drop data, change field list and reimport data.
