Manually testing everything SUUUCKS!

Automated testing.

Laziness? Such an alternative only leads to insanity.

Describe any compatibility requirements
This would raise the barrier-to-entry for the project, but would overall—increase the quality of any given submission.

#102 is a prerequisite

To clarify, CI and unit tests primarily, with some limited scope integration tests. Getting a full test rig that runs minecraft is overkill and likely wouldn't help much.
