	- Optimizations (strips down 40 bytes off the MorphOS binary)
	- Prints now an empty line rather than nothing when no arguments
	  are passed to match the behavior of 'Echo' command in this case.
	- Disabled "__amigappc__" symbol and with that probably full
	  MorphOS 0.x compatibility. MorphOS 1.4 is available for
	  PowerUP systems, so the symbol has no longer real use.
