Level difficulty ratings

Once we surpass 100 levels, it makes sense to add difficulty categories for all levels.

I propose 5 difficulty levels: Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Hard and Very Hard. Maybe also a special Tutorial category since we have a few tutorial levels.

As a first step, we could discuss which difficulty levels we assign to each level. We can do this before writing any code.

@kaa-ching: A long time ago you asked in me in chat to rate all levels by difficulty, and I gave you a file. You also rated the levels yourself. Do you still have this file?
