This error does not seem to impact installation, and does not display when perlbrew is already installed.

Output at end of perlbrew installation, zplug log error message at very end:

Installing perlbrew...

Download the latest perlbrew

## Installing perlbrew
Using Perl </usr/bin/perl>
perlbrew is installed: ~/.perlbrew/perl5/bin/perlbrew

perlbrew root (~/.perlbrew/perl5) is initialized.

Append the following piece of code to the end of your ~/.profile and start a
new shell, perlbrew should be up and fully functional from there:

source ~/.perlbrew/perl5/etc/bashrc

Simply run `perlbrew` for usage details.

Happy brewing!

## Installing patchperl

## Done.

The zplug --log command seems to have a number of items talking about needing python with json support. I'm using this on a new Ubuntu 21.04 system. I've installed the python2.7 and the default python3 packages.

I'm also seeing this on macOS, so it's not limited to Ubuntu.
