pip install的时候，显示no such file

小白今天尝试，也是依赖无法安装，找不到文件，怎么弄？

以上是我本地cd到12306-master目录下运行：pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple -r requirements.txt，后报错。
