Check File Names and Formats:
Ensure the .fseq and audio file (.mp3 or .wav) have exactly the same name, as this is crucial for the car to associate the light sequence with the correct audio.
Confirm that both files are placed directly inside the LightShow folder at the root of the USB drive.
Verify the audio file is encoded with a sample rate of 44.1 kHz, as 48 kHz files might not sync properly with the light show.
USB Drive Format and Structure:
Double-check the USB drive is formatted as exFAT, FAT32 (Windows), MS-DOS FAT (Mac), ext3, or ext4. NTFS is not supported.
Ensure there's no base-level TeslaCam folder on the USB drive, and it doesn't contain any map update or firmware update files.
The drive should have a base-level folder named LightShow (case sensitive), containing the show files.
Software Version Compatibility:
Make sure your Model S Long Range (MSLR) is running Software v11.0 (2021.44.25) or newer, as required for custom light shows.
Vehicle Preparation:
Although you mentioned exiting the car and closing the door, ensure no doors, trunk, or frunk are opened after initiating the show. Additionally, ensure the car is in Park and not in any drive mode.
