This has been released in version 2.19.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example: provider "azurerm" {

address_prefixis not updatable at least since we do the project layout refactor (as the TC test history shows). So I just mark it asForceNewand remove the update test case for vhub (while there are other separate update test cases).
