data.azurerm_synapse_workspace: Add identity attribute

Adding identity attribute to the azurerm_synapse_workspace data source. That's useful when Azure Synapse identity needs permissions for multiple storage accounts managed by different Terraform configurations. Currently, Azure Synapse supports only System Assigned identity which is known only after workspace is created.

Usage sample:

# Get reference to the workspace
data "azurerm_synapse_workspace" "ws" {
  name                = "existing"
  resource_group_name = "example-resource-group"
}

# Allow the workspace read from storage accounts
resource "azurerm_role_assignment" "account_readers" {
  for_each             = data.azurerm_storage_account.data
  scope                = each.value.id
  role_definition_name = "Storage Blob Data Reader"
  principal_id         = data.azurerm_synapse_workspace.ws.identity[0].principal_id
}
