This has been released in version 2.46.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example: provider "azurerm" {

Solves this issue: #10462
We ran into this problem today and although we're still not sure how it happened, we noticed on the Azure SQL Virtual Machine that some of the settings are "Not Available", as shown in the screenshot. We're still trying to figure out why this happens and I'm pretty sure it's the root cause.
