Changed gcsBucketname into gcsBucketName as this prevented cache from working on GCS.

The typo causes the env var CACHE_GCS_BUCKET_NAME to be empty in the installed runner, causing runner's cache to fail with this message:

No URL provided, cache will not be downloaded from shared cache server. Instead a local version of cache will be extracted.
