Description

• Trigger release for adding ec2:DescribeInstanceTypes patched in fix: Add ec2:DescribeInstanceTypes permission for Kubernetes Autoscaler 1.23.0 #192; simple comma "no-op" additions were added to ensure change set triggers release workflow

Motivation and Context

• The title was malformed in fix: Add ec2:DescribeInstanceTypes permission for Kubernetes Autoscaler 1.23.0 #192 which means that the release process was not executed properly (ignored). This is just a simple no-op process to trigger a release for that change
• Closes module iam-role-for-service-accounts-eks missing required policy #195
