  • follow-up to tree-wide: port debpython to termux  #23652 with things that were moved to a separate PR for better organization

  • tinysparql: drop __pycache__ workaround

  • TERMUX_PKG_PYTHON_BUILD_DEPS -> TERMUX_PKG_PYTHON_CROSS_BUILD_DEPS

  • TERMUX_PKG_PYTHON_COMMON_DEPS -> TERMUX_PKG_PYTHON_COMMON_BUILD_DEPS

LGTM.
For clarity I think a %ci:no-build trailer on all the commits in this PR would be a good idea, but that isn't strictly necessary.

- The amount of changes necessary for this in tur-on-device is very minimal, so I do not think it is necessary to rebuild these packages currently.
