I am currently working on upgrading my system, and one of the tasks involves upgrading the MySQL version from 5.7 to 8. However, when running the following command:

php artisan create:tenant admin [email protected]

I encounter the following error:

Doctrine\DBAL\Driver\PDO\Exception::("SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'IDENTIFIED BY 'caa4779e7f43e2a6968f1ee94a6d6d0d'' at line 1")

My current environment is as follows:

PHP version: 7.1
Laravel version: 5.6
Hyn/Multi-Tenant version: 5.1
MySQL version: 8
I am seeking guidance on how to successfully upgrade only the MySQL version to 8 without changing any other versions, including PHP, Laravel, and Hyn/Multi-Tenant.

Steps to Reproduce:

Run the command php artisan create:tenant admin [email protected] in the current environment.
Expected Result:

The command should execute successfully after upgrading MySQL to version 8.

Actual Result:

The error mentioned above is encountered, preventing successful execution.

Additional Information:

Any specific configurations or workarounds needed to upgrade MySQL to version 8 in the current environment would be greatly appreciated.
No other changes to PHP, Laravel, or Hyn/Multi-Tenant versions are desired.
Thank you for your assistance and insights!
