Steps to reproduce

Using proxy from https://t.me/ProxyMTProto and your account started facing restrictions.

Expected behaviour

MTProto proxies are supported by telegram applications. So it should work smoothly.

Actual behaviour

Dear Telegram Support Team,

I’m reaching out to highlight an issue affecting users, like myself, who rely on MTProto proxies due to regional Telegram restrictions.

The problem arises when malicious users exploit the same proxy, leading Telegram's algorithms to flag and penalize all accounts using it. As a result, despite no recent violations on my part, my account has faced repeated restrictions and was ultimately banned.

Specifically, my 2019 account (@BCGame_Maxim, +923442287790 Premium Subscription) — holding significant digital history — was continuesly on restrictions and recently banned. While I acknowledge 1 or 2 early violations in my Telegram journey, I’ve since strictly adhered to all platform rules, focusing on legitimate work tasks across our company’s 20 public channels and groups where I was admin. Nevertheless, my account was continuously on restrictions and finally banned, and other accounts continue to be restricted same as the one banned account the repetitive restrictions without and violation or activity even.

In addition, our company using more than 114 +888 anonymous numbers 1 is assigned to me too.

I feel this is an unjust outcome and would like to request a review of the algorithm used for proxy-related actions. Penalizing users for the actions of others on the same proxy isn’t fair. Could you kindly investigate and help resolve this?

Additionally, I suggest that rather than banning and removing accounts, restricting posting rights might be a more user-friendly approach, especially since account deletion can lead to serious losses for those without Ton's internal wallet backups.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Sorry but this is telegram desktop bug tracker, nothing here belongs to user account administration.

Sorry if this seems off-topic, but isn't it a bug in Telegram Desktop when users face repetitive 'Restrictions' that never seem to end, even though they haven't violated any rules?
