Image fullscreen display broken after hibernation

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any image view in a chat, group or channel in fullscreen
2. Switch the PC to hibernate
3. Wake the PC up from hibernation
4. Open any image view in a chat, group or channel in fullscreen

Graphics card: MSI GeForce RTX 4080 Suprim X 16G, 16GB GDDR6X
Driver: "GeForce Game Ready" Version 561.09

Expected behaviour

Telegram Desktop should display the image correctly fullscreen.

Actual behaviour

Telegram Desktop sometimes shows a distorted and streched image fullscreen across all chats, groups and channels. Chunks of the image are missing. The issue persists across multiple chats, groups and channels and images. The issue is gone only after an app restart.
