Reopening of the app fails after switching to single monitor #28475

Steps to reproduce

have a multimonitor setup, (I have 3, don't know if 2 will work)
open tg desktop when multiple monitors are on
move tg desktop to "Secondary" monitor, not primary.
minimize tg desktop to quick access
switch to single monitor mode
open tg desktop, it fails to open, doesn't show anything

Expected behaviour

after switching from multiple monitors to single, tg desktop should work

Actual behaviour

nothing happens, process is running but after clicking on it nothing happens
