Close modal is behind loading

Steps to reproduce

1. Send any invoice request.
2. Try to pay
3. While loading (PreCheckoutQuery) press esc key.
4. close or not modal appears behind loading screen and you have to wait for close or cancel and etc....

It must appear on front of loading screen

Actual behaviour

Close or cancel modal is behind loading screen

And when you keep pressing X button on right side of top repeteadly it displays hundreds of close modal.

plz, open task manager when telegram freezes, then right click over telegram -> create dump and send to https://t.me/preston

But it's not freezing.

Just user needs to loading to end.
It's just layout mistake.
