Custom emojis are reinterpreted as a usual once after certain amount of them

Steps to reproduce

Go in any chat and paste more than 202 custom emojis and send the message

Expected behaviour

all the emojis are interpreted in the same way despite the overall amount

Actual behaviour

if the total amount of emojis more than 202 all the next emojis will be reinterpreted as a default telegram emojis

@Satoshics This should be a server side limitation, so there is nothing Telegram Desktop can do about that.
