Unable to resize Instant View

Steps to reproduce

1. Click an Instant View link button
2. Try to resize

Expected behaviour

You should be able to resize the window to be able to read more text / have images be bigger

Actual behaviour

It doesn't work, and is locked to a tiny size, making it essentially useless.
