Media is not loaded #27011
Comments
This bug occurs only on the desktop version. Everything works on the mobile version. |
cannot reproduce on windows 10. |
I also have a problem loading videos/gifs. But this happens when connecting a Mtproxy and in new versions. Everything works on the old version. The problem appeared with the last update. And on mobile clients too. All my friends are complaining that videos have stopped loading when Mtproxy is enabled. The proxy logs contain the following errors:
This is a very critical problem, since telegram blocking has recently begun in our country again. The proxy helps to bypass blocking, but then the media does not load. |
I think my problem may be related to the application working with the file system or hard disk. This problem is also noticed on a Linux laptop. |
Same. Since yesterday. Win 7 x64. UPD. Upgrade to 14.11.6 didn't resolve the problem. |
Also have this problem in macOS 14 (ARM). Some media, gifs, stickers, video is not loading. Appeared after logout/login to Telegram Desktop. Before this all gifs were not deleted, and partially new gifs were not added. Logout/login solved this problem. But media not loading now. But it work correctly on iPhone. UPD: All working on Desktop with Proxy... |

Fixed for me by switch graphic engine ANGLE to Direct3D 11. |
This is funny, but restarting the client fixes the issue for a couple of hours (or even days?) |
