It is possible to save the story without a Premium

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the story. I chose the story of Telegram.
2. Click "Share". I saved to Saved Messages.
   I did it from android app, because for some unknown reason I don't have any stories in desktop.
3. Go to Saved Messages via desktop.
4. Right-click the menu on the message, which has a story.

Expected behaviour

The button "Save As.." is missing

Actual behaviour

We see the "Save As.." button.. and we keep the story
