It still happens on Debian testing, telegram-desktop v4.10.3+ds-1+b1. Example text that causes immediate segmentation fault when pasted (no useful messages on the console): "naručiti čim". Debian up-to-date testing Thanks Edit: just tested with X11, identical segmentation fault |

Got it: by disabling the spell checker telegram-desktop doesn't crash anymore. |
it's telegram debian package issue. |

Telegram desktop suddenly closes. When re-opened, the draft message saved is prior to the input of the unicode characters.
