Telegram takes 6 minutes to start

Steps to reproduce

Calling telegram in Version v 4.8.4 on Debian 12 Linux with wayland and sway takes 6 minutes to open the GUI. After this opening new windows for e.g. viewing an image also takes long.
With Debian 10 everything worked fine.
