When video is open - controls are really NOT intuitive...
Keyboard arrows instead of video flow navigation just scrolls to next media in chat
Mosue wheel instead of volume control just scrolls to next media in chat too

Keyboard arrows - video flow navigation
Mouse wheel - video volume control

This was already discussed in #6606 and the conclusion is that the behavior must be consistent for all media types. In other words, as long as photos exist and they bind those keys to navigate between media, videos couldn't have a different behavior.
