Circle video breaks if paused at the end

Steps to reproduce

1. Send a circle video

2. Start watching it, stop it right at the end

(look at the "progress bar")

3. Start the video again. The image of the video will be stuck at the point where you paused it, but the sound will continue

Expected behaviour

The video will play normally

Actual behaviour

The video is stuck at a single frame
