fix: Markdown syntax error for Note in events.md

Changes

Fixes an issue in events.md document in the # Note section that would render as a regular paragraph. With this fix the sections becomes evident to the reader

I'm waiting for a tektoncd member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
