Learn mode icon picker window should remember position when you move it

This giant window of buttons never seems to open in the right place. I think after you move the window it should remember that position upon destruction. Save that location to the config? Saving it during the session would certainly be an improvement right now.

v1.3.1b added a Save Window Position button to the window that remembers for the session. Will plan to add it to the save config.
