Feature Request: Add Support for Third-Party S3 Vendors

Description

Currently, tegon supports S3-like storage with Google Cloud Storage and Amazon S3. To enhance flexibility and broaden our user base, we should add support for integrating any third-party vendor that implements the S3 API.

Motivation

• Expand Vendor Options: Allow users to choose from a variety of S3-compatible storage solutions.
• Increase Flexibility: Decouple our integration from specific providers to better adapt to future market trends.
• Future-Proofing: Enable smoother transitions or multi-cloud strategies as new vendors emerge.
