Main Menu includes both CD Changer and Bluetooth Options

On my 2002 BMW 525 (E39) radio (see attached photo) there are both CD Changer and Bluetooth Options as options in the main menu (in addition to my CD player and FM). I have no CD changer in the car. All CD changer options lead to the Bluetooth option if the button is pressed. Is this a bug? How do I eliminate the CD Changer option from the menu? FYI, it did not exist until BlueBus was added.
