Hello everyone,
I have a problem when someone is on the main page. Jellyfin uses ffmpeg.

I don't know what it actually does but if 4-5 users are connected on the server. It uses a lot of cpu.

I think it's the content bar asking ffmpeg something.

Can someone help me ?

Thank you for your understanding.

the bar definitely doesn't use ffmpeg for anything, you can check if your server's transcoding movies/shows for users by clicking the (i) under Active Devices on the Dashboard

Yes I know, but like I said, I saw some process about ffmpeg when someone is on the main menu.

The screen above was taken when no one was logged on but me.

UPDATE : when the film changes on the carousel, a ffmpeg process is started, I'm sure it's in use

Can anyone reproduce the issue ?

I went through the carousel to check, no ffmpeg.exe, no usage spikes, server sat at 0% usage
