Add into main jellyfin

I really like this tweak. I would love to see it added into stock jellyfin.

I see a few things that would hold it back.

1 widget webui framework
a update to the stock webui needs the ability to have "widgets" (the featured content bar) this would open other tweaks in the future.

2 move into a plugin.
The plugin would allow for API key free use. And the the ability to load a widget with widget framework.
And would allow list creating.
I would love to see smart list capabilities.
Like show all under Oct releases date would only show only those.
Anything tagged with Xmas would show Xmas shows and movies

This would be a big overhaul and undertaking. Just for the widget framework.

But would allow other UI mods more easier.

Then it's just moving the work of this into a plugin.

Just my thoughts. I would love to see this be made into stock. It really added to the ui.

I did look at jellyfin Vue. It has something Similar but I prefer this look over that ui.
