Cannot create questions

Hi All,

I have installed TCExam and get it working. How ever I can't create questions. When I go to "Questions" the following page appears and there is no way to add questions.

I tried adding questions from the "Topics" page, but they are not being saved.

Any suggestions on what to check.

I am having the same problem could pls tell me on which environment you getting the issue ?
I am using infinityfree free hosting plan.

I did not check back for any replies as I was not very hopeful of a resolution, I am using a shared paid hosting (cpanel).
