qrcode link error #414

Describe the bug
when you generate the PDF the qrcode produces an incorrect link by entering the domain twice
for example https://www.TCExam.com/www.TCExam.com/public/code/tce_test_allresults.php?sel=1&test_id=10&testuser_id=13&order_field=total_score%2C+user_lastname%2C+user_firstname& orderdir=0
To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
produces this error every time you create a pdf with the qrcode

Environment:
shared web hosting with one hundred os
TC Exam ver. 15.0.
