Cannot render HTML image tag with relative path since TCPDF 6.7.6 #751

When an image with a relative path in the HTML img tag is used, that works correctly in TCPDF 6.7.5. In TCPDF 6.7.6, the image is not shown anymore.

Ah, apparently this was deliberately changed with bfa7d2b. Just noticed the change when our test pipelines for PDF generation failed.
