[BUG] No parser selection

Description
I have tried to run TTC cornering and brake data but i cant choose the pre installed parser while importing the data. Im trying it in 1.4.0 version, otherwise I cant even import the data in the newest versions. I have tried Matlab 2024a, 2023b and 2022b, same problem in all versions.

Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Tyre Data'
2. Click on 'Import Data, Parser'
3. See error: No Cornering and Brake parser available. Just a generic one

Expected behavior
Select the cornering or brake parser in order to run the correct TTC data in their respective parser

• Tried in 2023b, 2024a, 2022b and Matlab Online
• Version 1.5.1, 1.5.0 --> cant import the data and no parser selection, while in 1.4.0 version I can import the data but not the parser.
