We currently do not have a place where companies can express their interest in company presentations (bedpress) or job advertisements on our website.

I propose implementing an interest form on our website where companies can fill out the necessary information to express their interest. This form should include fields such as:

• Company name

• Type of Company (konsulent, in-house, startup)

• Contact person

• Email

• Phone number

• Type of interest (bedpress or job advertisement)

• Desired semester (and maybe weeks)

The form should also automatically send emails to the business committee and/or communications responsible with the details from the form.

Alternatively, we could intergrate Google Forms or Typeform on our website (or a link), so co.

💬 Additional thoughts

It could be useful to include an automatic confirmation email to the company submitting the form, so they know their request has been received, they can see what they have answered, and that their request is being processed.
