Hi Thiago,

Can grip be run on data that was already collected using Pupil Core? I am looking for a script(preferably python) that can run on existing recordings. I set up EyeRecToo but it only seems to work with new recordings.

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately it's not possible without some additional work. One would have to 1) convert from the pupil core data format to the format expected by EyeRecToo, and 2) use the post processor widget from the dev branch (see the official repository in the university's Gitlab). The post processor widget basically allows you to run all processing steps asynchronously post-hoc; do notice that it is functional but should be considered work in progress.
