[Account Creation] Translate in French the weak password errors #234

During the registration if the provided password is weak, the error is displayed in English

I would add the received error descriptions as keys in the French strings, in order to translate them

The related errors are:

  • missing uppercase letter
  • missing lowercase letter
  • missing digit
  • missing special character
  • pwd too short
