Disable Android auto to unblock release 2.3.3

The release 2.3.3 has been rejected by Google for this reason:

Not adhering to Android Auto App Quality Requirements policy

We do not have found the exact reason for the rejection, asked for more details by sending an appeal which has been accepted, but the version is still automatically rejected.

Pending to find a solution, we remove the support of Android auto in this release and try to restore it in the next one.
