remaining tasks to automate in the publish CI workflow:

publish to test pypi first
then, check the published package
then, republish to real pypi
then, run the automatic release action.

There's also a bump version workflow that I could manually trigger to start the process: https://github.com/MylesBorins/node-osc/blob/main/.github/workflows/bump-version.yml
