这个项目是否会停止在react17版本

在实际中我还比较少用rxjs和hook结合，目前nautil还是停留在react17，你说的风险要详细研究之后再做决定，不过从大趋势看，react18是趋势，肯定会升级的，只不过升级之前，我会仔细的去研究，屏蔽掉内部的实现细节，从nautil本身的api讲，应该不会有任何变化
