Summary

about関係

/about-misskey に相当するページを作成
/about ページもついでに改修する
リダイレクトを設定する
- /about-misskey と /tms は /tms/about にリダイレクト

settings関係

/tms/settings ページを作成
/tms/flags ページを作成
リダイレクトを設定する
- /settings/taiyme-services は /tms/settings にリダイレクト

Purpose

クレジットをこのプロジェクトに変更したい
今後taiyme拡張機能を実装するのに必須である
